Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in Time: 10:00 AM (or as per hotel policy)
- Check-out Time: 10:00 AM (noon)
- Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Identification
- All guests must present a valid photo ID (Aadhaar card, passport, voter ID, etc.) at check-in.
- Non-resident guests are not allowed in guest rooms without prior consent.
Reservation Policy
- Reservations can be made via the hotel’s website, phone, or email.
- A credit card or deposit may be required to confirm reservations.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the check-in date may not incur any fee.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in may be charged the full room rate.
Payment Policy
- Payment is typically required at check-in or check-out.
- Accepted payment methods include all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
- A security deposit may be requested at check-in, refundable upon room inspection at check-out.
No Smoking Policy

Alcohol and Drugs

Damages and Losses

- The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. In-room safes are provided for security.
Use of Hotel Facilities

- The hotel is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or personal losses during your stay, except as required by law.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before check-in (10:00 AM on the arrival day) are free of charge.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in will incur a charge equal to one night’s stay.
No-Show Policy
- If guests fail to check in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, the full reservation amount will be charged.
Non-Refundable Reservations
- Non-refundable bookings are charged in full at the time of booking. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or modifications.
Special Offers or Promotions
- Cancellations for special promotional rates or discounts are subject to specific terms mentioned during booking and may be non-refundable.
Early Check-out
- No refund will be provided for early check-out unless specified by hotel management.
Refund Process
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Modifications
- Reservation modifications (such as date changes) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges based on the new booking terms.
Child Policy
- Children under the age of 6 stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- Extra beds or cots for children are available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Pet Policy
